Hello to you too.Implying there's a way to defeat him...
...You used Google Translate didn't you? Nothing comes out that clear....Hello to you too.
Note my initials...MS Masahiro Sakurai. Isn't it obvious!?
私は、世界最強の人間だ!
In smash 64 they do. It would be cool if sakurai added that back in as well, to go along with the character hitting the screen KO. I mean he added the 64 3...2...1 GO! in brawl, so it would be nice if he added that kind of KO back, as a little nod to 64.I'm going to deny one point in the ridley discussion, then leave it alone: star KO's just go to the middle of the screen, not down into the bottom.
Elsa and Ralph confirmed for SMASHHello to you too.

This looks fun!MY TOMORROW PREDICTION:
i will give myself points for each of these points i get right
1: it will be on rainbow road
2: pikachu will be present
3: so will villager
4: and the D
Hey, don't worry. Just because he's in the backround doesn't mean he's not playable (assuming that's really him). He could be being star Ko'd, we haven't seen how that works in smash 4 yet. He could also be doing that one attack where he swoops in from the backround. I mean it wouldn't be hard to put that attack in somewhere, considering how iconic it is.well I am depressed, because no matter how long i look at it it obv not a lighting effect it has a solid shape and does look similar to other m ridleys tail

As for the ridley thing, who cares...... he'll be confirmed/deconfirmed soon enough, I don't know why a pixel can make someone so jumpy....
I don't really consider him a complete one either. His aerial game is way different from Link's, and some of the move mechanics function differently as well. I do hope however that the influences from Skyward Sword will help diverge Link from Toon Link even more in SSB4. I have a good feeling that some of his specials could change in favour of some of SS' tools. For example, the Gale Boomerang may look pretty silly on SS Link, so perhaps they'd switch it out for the Beetle, the Clawshot could switch for the whip, etc etc.I guess i'm one of few smashers who don't see Toon Link as a clone.
I meant why are you wasting time arguing about it? I'm not a avid ridley supporter but i'm rooting for you guys, as seeing you keep getting the short end of stick.maybe the entire ridley fanbase
Eh, why not, I'll do it too. This looks fun!
My prediction, for one point each:
1: It will be on Mario Galaxy
2: Olimar will be present
3: So will Samus
4: The Hocotate ship will be mentioned/the item will be seen.
It's exactly the opposite for me. I don't mind having multiple versions of the same character (say, Mario & Paper Mario) what I don't like is that they're cheap clones when they have a big moveset potential.I don't care if he was a clone or not
There being two Links is just kind of dumb
When they have the same character multiple times, it takes room from potential other characters that are actually originalIt's exactly the opposite for me. I don't mind having multiple versions of the same character (say, Mario & Paper Mario) what I don't like is that they're cheap clones when they have a big moveset potential.
There are exceptions though: I don't care how different and unique Dr. Mario could be, he can go **** himself. Literally the stupidest character in Smash Bros. ever, seems like a joke.
Toon Link has more potential than is used. Ex: Replace the boomerang with a Deku Leaf. It's exactly the opposite for me. I don't mind having multiple versions of the same character (say, Mario & Paper Mario) what I don't like is that they're cheap clones when they have a big moveset potential.

Paper Mario is not original? Young Link from Majora's Mask is not original? When they have the same character multiple times, it takes room from potential other characters that are actually original
Every character has the potential of being epic. Wii Fit Trainer and R.O.B. took care of that a while ago. Also, Doc M has the potential to be an epic character, could you explain your stance more? Preferably with reasons?
Nope, same character with different movesPaper Mario is not original? Young Link from Majora's Mask is not original?

Dr. Mario though is Mario dressed as a doctor. **** him, that's my reason.
inb4 Wispy. The next picture will be a tree.
Why? Cause Sakurai.
As long as they don't get rid of the Ganon Punch. I'm fine (sure it's difficult, but darn it's rewarding). When Toon Link was announced, I was expecting new special moves with the same smashes and tilts. I'm a bit disappointed that while he doesn't play like a clone, his moves are copied from Link. Tink has the Deku Leaf, the Skull Hammer, the Whirlwind, the Whip, the Sandrod etc. that he could be using.
Paper Mario could be unique. Ganondorf should be unique. I understand how he could struggle with Fox, Falco and Wolf, but considering people on Smashboards can come up with unique movesets, I'm sure Sakurai's team could too.
Melee Links are actually different characters with the same moves. The second Link is always better, but with wasted creative potential.Nope, same character with different moves
Don't see why the moves have to represented in SMASH when it's about the characters
The Ganon Punch is pretty bad ass when it hits. I don't even care if he doesn't have a sword, but the slow, physical style doesn't suit him. Homing magical thunder balls are a necessity. Out of all the characters, Ganondorf has the least personality. Compare Dedede and Wario to Ganondorf - he's completely forgettable even though he's an awesome villain from a huge series. As long as they don't get rid of the Ganon Punch. Then again, what does Ganondorf really have? Wario and DeDeDe we're meant to be comical, thus it was put in Smash. Ganondorf doesn't really have much other than being menacing. The Ganon Punch is pretty bad *** when it hits. But he doesn't feel or look menacing. The new Bowser design looks menacing. I'm not too worried, so far, all the characters personalities are coming out in this game. I felt the same about Zelda in Brawl, however she looks a lot better this time around. Changed expressions. Then again, what does Ganondorf really have? He's gotten progressively less savage since Melee. But he doesn't feel or look menacing. The new Bowser design looks menacing. I've been seeing more and more One Piece fans over the Internet these days...Yes. As much as I love cotton candy.

I know right, it's like boom: Side-B = Deku Leaf (shoots blast on ground, glides while airborne), Down-B = Skull Hammer (press B for quick spin, hold B to smash [with pitfall effect], B = Fire & Ice arrows (while holding B, press A to change arrow type [stays that way until changed again], and just keep same Up-B (iconic and different enough from standard Link). When Toon Link was announced, I was expecting new special moves with the same smashes and tilts. Because Sakurai. The end.I know right, it's like boom: Side-B = Deku Leaf (shoots blast on ground, glides while airborne), Down-B = Skull Hammer (press B for quick spin, hold B to smash [with pitfall effect], B = Fire & Ice arrows (while holding B, press A to change arrow type [stays that way until changed again], and just keep same Up-B (iconic and different enough from standard Link).
I don't know why that's so hard lol.
The neutral is a bit much, but other than that, they have no good reason for not doing that.I know right, it's like boom: Side-B = Deku Leaf (shoots blast on ground, glides while airborne), Down-B = Skull Hammer (press B for quick spin, hold B to smash [with pitfall effect], B = Fire & Ice arrows (while holding B, press A to change arrow type [stays that way until changed again], and just keep same Up-B (iconic and different enough from standard Link).
