He takes the URL with ctrl + F5 or, hard refresh which doesn't use the cache and reloads everything.

But he said on my profile that it doesn't work for the site.

You know, up until recently, it seemed to me it was normally at 3AM EST. Now it's been closer to 2AM EST, except for the Meta Knight and a few other updates.
