I love how some people are SO confident Chrom will be the Awakening newcomer.

Anyway, if your theory (not really yours, a lot of people have brought it up) is right, then I suppose Ganondorf may be revealed in the next PotD.

I'm not that confident in Chrom he was more or less an example. I think there's better choices for newcomers from Fire Emblem.

I really want a disconfirmation. Idk theres just something satisfying about it. Falco disconformation tonight. calling it RIGHT NOW!!!!! I wouldn't know how to feel about that. On one hand my favorite character is disconfirmed. On the other hand I correctly made an extremely unlikely prediction.

How is a disconfirmation satisfying? Are you a masochist? Though... Tingle or Ghirahim AT would be cool.

Ridley AT will be announced tonight. Not a playable char, not a boss. The player summons Ridley and he grabs a random adversary and toss out of the arena.

Now you understand the greatness of a disconfirmation! Tingle/Ghirahim assist would be cool. I doubt they'd outright say a past character like Falco won't make it. I just like seeing more characters and disconfirmations are the only way to see other characters.

I think downgrading a character to an assist trophy would be a kick to the groin regardless who it was.

It's better than them not showing up in gameplay at all. I was severely disappointed Roy, Dr. Mario, Young Link(although he was remade into Toon Link so it lessens the impact), Pichu, and Mewtwo weren't Assist Trophies/Poke Ball Pokemon. They had the models already, so there was no reason not to do this at the very least. Minus Young Link, they were reduced to lame Trophies/Stickers at best. There wasn't enough time to make 'em playable, but they could've easily did more. As much as I think the idea of a Dr. Mario costume is bad, that would've been acceptable enough among most of the community as is as they wouldn't entirely lose one of the characters they liked to play as. They could've done skins for other characters too. Actually, Toon Link could get a Young Link skin as well, and it'd make sense too, since they're both Child Links. Even if different people/characters in Smash, it still works.(just like Mario and Dr. Mario are different people in Smash too)

So what will the pic be tonight folks? I'm guessing a big update, but not something ridiculously good like some are expecting. I'll say a big character deconfirmation via AT. We haven't seen an AT for Donkey Kong or KI yet, and we have also seen only one confirmed Mario AT. I'm guessing Magnus, Bowser Jr., or King Hippo for the obligatory Punchout Assist.

I love those updates too. There are a few fighters I'd love seeing take over the top spot. Watching tournaments would be so much more exciting if Meta-Knight, Marth and the Spacies weren't seen in almost every fight.

Just a little posts concerning support thread before I go to sleep.

If the character you support here isn't deconfirmed in a few hours, I suggest to post your last hope in the week end. E3 is really close and you should take it easy to contain your hype and think about the game in general outside the character you support. OP of those thread, this is the time to do your last motivations comments because it just might destroy most of your character's chance in one day only. It may not deconfirm him but the biggest oppurtunity to reveal him will be gone. Supporters of characters, do the same and be sure you posted in all thread you have a positive support because you might just regret it in the end to not have showed your support. The fact that your character isn't deconfirmed at this point is already a positive sign since some thread just felt during this because their character got deconfirmed in a single day and most of the time, you couldn't have seen it comming. It's sad but we all have to move on on the negative and admire the positive. There's great contents in this game beside characters that might make you happy but you should just think about the game in general and do a little recap of what we know an enjoy it.

In the hope that your character isn't deconfirmed in this potd, I wish for those thread a great week end because it will be filled with anticipation and posibly last motivation.

As for my prediction, I'm going with new gameplay change (where was the last time we got one?).

Here is my final roster predictions. I would replace Palutena with Bandana Dee, but if it wasn't for that stupid Sal leak and the previous Leak with the 3DS screen shot I would replace her with my favorite character.
