I'd be game. Thought about reviving it honestly, but I'd rather have someone who has more time and access do it. But I do have a set of questions that I think should be asked each time.

Also it appears that there's enough interest, there just needs to be some collaboration. Let's make a decision on who will interview and who to interview and we can get this thread started again.
I can archive the other interviews if I can find them in the thread
To add a suggestion, in the future I think it would be better to have one interviewer make a list of questioned asked in this thread, then contact the interviewee in like skype or something to ask them, then to post the interview from there to here.
At least it would be easier to archive
