The tournament starts at 8AM PST, which is 4PM/1600 CET.

I have the opposite situation where timing prevents me from doing Wii U tournament but am able to do 3DS.

How are the matches going to be setup? Would I friend all of my opponents or would everybody only friend you and you would host? Just curious. Although Mewtwo hasn't been main material for me after my experiences with him since the 15th (light+slow+floaty=iffy), he is pretty fun to play. I'll join the Wii U tourney later on in the week so everybody else has a chance to join; I don't want to steal somebody's spot.

Wait until the tourney begins, then simply add the person you're facing. Simple.
