cpu's are the worst way to make your game worst imo.

it was a pretty good video tho. i don't think mk is the best lvl9 cpu tho. i always find peach a ***** to play against. haha

Luigi is supposively one of the best lvl 9s, but Dark Shifter is right: Level 9s are not a good way to practice, since they cause too many bad habits and patterns in your game.

On another note, side b is one of the worst options for recoverying with MK. Up B, regular glide, and whorenado are much better and go further.

There is an entire thread arguing about the best CPUs. The top 2 are Peach and Luigi. And yes, CPUs are terrible for training, unless you are just practicing ATs.
