It's supposed to be Sensei, but when I was twelve, I had no idea at all and figured it'd be with an 'a' due to the fact that that is how it's pronounced.

Although, now it's become on purpose. The 'original misspelling' (and only unintentional one) is long in the past; it's purposeful now.
