I will write about Syntax of SSBM in Pl**.dat.(Graphic effect number,sound effect number,etc...)
In SSBM, a special language is spoken.
You may see it as if it is a cipher.
But when you get some experience,you will be able to read fluently to some extent.
I'm Japanese. So,I'm glad when you use easy English.
And I'm a 浪人生(rounin-sei)
This meaning called the student who failed in the university examination.
And,In November 2013,I made The masterganon in my high school's computer.And I graduated from high school in March.And I discovered this website recently.I don't have my computer and I am using iPhone now.So. Based on my head and memo,I will write all things which I know.
I will make tutorials in next year April.

This means that "(PROGRAMS) start from the Xth frame".
28000000 AAAA0000 BBBBCCCC DDDDEEEE FFFFGGGG
This is graphic effect format.
B:Z-offset
C:Y-offset
D:X-offset
E:Range of scatter(about Z-axis)
F:Range of scatter(about Y-axis)
G:Range of scatter(about X-axis)

So, I explain with a picture.
If there is a graphic effect which is 28000000 eeee0000 0000yyyy xxxx0000 AAAABBBB, It becomes like this

(Sometimes,you will see 29380000 or 28D80000 or other one. In this case,effects are generated from somewhere in bodies.It has not been investigated yet.)
44000000 000XXXXX 00007F40
This is sound effect format.
X is sound effect number.
And,general sound effect number is 3-digit,00000XXX.And,character sound effect is 5-digit,000XXXXX.
(Sometimes,you will see 44040000 or 44080000 or 44180000 or other one. This is not known yet about what is expressed,and,about 00007F40,the same thing may be said.)
CCXXXXXX
This is "damage oneself format".
X means "X% damage is added to oneself".
SSBM usually will freeze if 501% or more damage is added at once.But it don't freeze even 999% damage is added at once.
DC00XXXX 000YYYYY 00007F40
This is very useful format.
X is effect number.
Y is sound effect number.
This format can output effect and sound effect at once. Effects are generated from central of character body.
040000XX
This has some meanings.
Since it uses together with other things, it explains later.

080000XX means "Hurt Bubble starts from the Xth frame", and 040000YY means "Duration is Y frames", and 40000000 means "The end of Hurt Bubble".

In this case, Z means "Hurt Bubble finishes and Z frames after, the next hurt bubble starts".

This is repeat format.
X means "(PROGRAMS) is repeated X times", Y means "(PROGRAM) is generated every Y frames."
10000000 means "The end of repeat part"(Hurt Bubble is excluded)

Y means "Hurt bubble is generated every (Y+Z) frames" ,and Z means "Duration is Z frame"
