Some, yes. But that's not what I mean. More people want a big Brawl tournament now than a big Melee tournament and many more people would attend to make it a cooler event.

im going to play devils advocate for a minute. how many ppl attended the biggest brawl tourny? melee? iirc pound 4 was bigger for melee than any brawl tourny so far. but i dont remember so i could be wrong lol so correct me if im wrong.

Because I follow the BBR lists. As soon as I allow or disallow one character, then anyone is open for discussion which I want to avoid. I don't want to include any bias at all etc etc

If I allow Bowser then MIB could come in here and argue for Ness to be included
Then I could argue for Sonic to be included
etc

Chibo is way may involved in the Brawl community + Brawl is the ish right now so it would only make sense that he'd do Brawl > Melee.

I used to look at Chibo's post funnily when he'd mention holding future Melee events.

MIB, Ness is broken in low tier doubles, but not low tier singles. Bowser is actually total garbage and should be legal for sure, though.

Ok, lets talk schedule

How do people want Singles and Doubles split up?

Doubles on one day and Singles the other?

Doubles + Singles Pools one day and Singles bracket the other?

Which day should which be on?

Doubles bracket + singles pools + one side event on the first day.
Singles bracket + one side event on the second day.

Side events should be low tier doubles and Brawl- singles like at Doom's house imo.

That's what I'm leaning towards as well, except I'm gonna try and do all the side events (gonna shoot for 3 since theres time) Saturday night. If we can end early on Sunday that would be awesome since a bunch of people (me included) will have stayed up all night.

I'll probably just do whatever the most ppl want to do first, but would prefer to stick with the normal brawl events sooner since it would be following normal brawl before we switch off to brawl- for a bit. or do 2 side events at once
