What's the deal with the pot? I heard people complain about the last one, so I hope its better this time around. Can someone explain this?
EDIT: Wait, why is this on a SUNDAY? Is there a reason for this? Ive never even heard of a tourny on a sunday before.

Because Sunday is awesome...
They have card tournies and a ton of people in the store on Saturday I believe is why Smash is on Sunday.

To think, some people would go to these tournaments for a chance to play against really good players...how silly of them.

My parents wont let me drive to st louis. So I might be able to find a ride. If frost bytes dad goes I will go.
Because I don't think frost byte feels comfortable driving in the city.

I wouldn't exactly call Eureka the city... but you will have to drive through chunks of busy highways, but at least it will be a Sunday so it shouldn't be too bad.

Very bad news. I want to come REALLY REALLY badly but my friend is going out of town that weekend and so is his dad. So unless I can get a ride from another smasher or something I can't go. So hopefully I can get a ride from someone or something. Anybody coming from northwest illinois?

This tourny being on a sunday and being slightly questionable in terms of pot size is making it difficult for an out of state player to come. You might want to be careful when scheduling the eureeka tournies from now on.

Sorry All, I have to cancel my trip. I've mananged to squeeze in only 2 hours of smash training over the last week and a half and this coming week will be no different. I've got 2 finals the day after the tourny and just won't be able to put the time I need to train up my main, let alone my top five.
Sorry to dissapoint. But, I certainly hope there will be more tourny's over the summer once school isn't busting my balls.

I want to challenge people brave enough to fight me in "Wario's 1 man crew battle"
Here are my rules:
You pick your best five characters.
Each character gets 4 stock, 8 min fights, no items
Typcial crew rules applys
-any stock left over at the end of a fight gets moved to the next fight
-each fight is fought on a random stage
-Both fighters write down the order they want there characters to fight in and the order is set for the whole set

I MIGHT be able to house you. I live in St. Louis about 20 mins from the venue. I work about 13 hours saturday though so ..... ill see what I can do.
It shouldnt be a problem. Just that I cant really pick you up from a train station or anything untill late. So if you could hang out with Muba or something until then that should work.
