Who has an advantage in a Marth vs Shiek matchup on Yoshi's Story?

On Yoshi's it about even, maybe in Sheik's favor.

I would say it's in Sheik's favor still. The only stage where it's even or in Marth's favor is Final Destination, in my opinion.

Why waste time making two threads that will ultimately get closed and only put in bias boards? Why not go balls out and just post in the general Melee discussion where all Melee players see. That way it's not bias and the mods only have to close 1 thread.

I have no pretensions of authority when it comes to such issues but I can speak from experience (because no one else has really elaborated yet.) One of the toughest things for Sheik versus a Marth player is recovery. Marth has a lot of edgeguard options that can be pretty frustrating if they're really on point. On YS, Sheik has recovery options that you don't see on a lot of other stages. Even things as dodgy as walljump bairs from the ledge can make a difference. Sheik has platforms to which to recover and the possibility of trying to get to Randall, as well. On a stage like FD or even Pokemon Stadium, I often just get violated. Additionally, Sheik's techchases on platforms are lovely and, perhaps more importantly, give you that delicious stage control. I think it's in Sheik's favour.

Perhaps it's different at more advanced levels of play. I can't really say.

tl;dr - G&W is the best character.

Sheik has the advantage on all stages, in my opinion. Marth is probably my favorite high tier matchup.
