Marth is back at #6!

Finally, Marth is back up at number 6 on the tier list!
But in your opinions, does he truly belong there, below Diddy, or above DeDeDe?

He's good where he's at right now imo, but Falco should drop below him and IC's (making him #5 in the process).

Everything about this tier list was actually very well placed, Marth is definitely in an agreeable spot (minor thoughts about ICs above him though... not seeing it right now).

he didn't really move up, so much as Wario and King Dedede moved down.
i don't think Ice Climbers are better than Marth, but i don't think Marth's better than Wario.

I think Marth is fine where he is currently. Even though he beats Falco and the Ice Climbers, one still has to take into account the rest of the match ups against those characters. Plus Ice Climbers have their chain grabs and Falco has his lasers.

The thing with Dedede is just that people are finally learning how to get around it. Not to mention the Dedede mains are playing different characters now I'd think.

But is Marth better...hmmm well maybe. But he certainly belongs below Diddy.

Yea, I was a bit surprised when I saw IC above Marth. I mean, they're good, but they take a special skill to keep them together, where they're most powerful.

Plus Ice Climbers have their chain grabs and Falco has his lasers.

Marth has his sword.

With the Ice Climbers, one grab most likely leads to one death, unless you break out or they mess up. Falco's lasers are just a nuisance, but Marth doesn't have a problem with them as long as he is pressuring the Falco, and powershielding/shielding the lasers.

Marth is a character with so much raw potential but it takes a good player to actualy be able to use it unlike falco whos chain grabs are pretty much just given to the player
