Note: The theme of this tourney may confuse you if you just skip to the end... I emplore you to read the entire post before asking questions, okay?

THE INTERDIMENSIONAL SMASH WAR!!!
Will be BiWeekly, Sign-ups end July 11th! July 12th Start date!
Theme:
Members of the same region unite to face off other teams!
(i.e. Mushroom Kingdom vs. Hyrule)
Rules:
This will be a Singles 24-Man Tourney
Each region will have two representatives
Wario and Yoshi are included in the Mushroom Kingdom
For those that don't have two in their region (Like Samus or Pit), there are special teams set up. (See the Teams Section)
1. Play to Win! (Chain Throws, SD Tactics, and the likes are permitted)
2. No forced disconnects! (This will lead to IMMEDIATE disqualification and a PERMABAN from this tourney FOREVER!!!)
3. Honesty is the best policy! (If you lose, don't lie about, come back on the next match-up day and go for it again!)
4. No crap-tastic stalls (NEVER is the infinite Dimension Cape Allowed, no unnesscessary stalling longer than 10 seconds!)
5. Items set to OFF and NONE (Duh.)
6. Matches will be best 2-3, Semi-Finals and Finals at best 3-5
7*. I see that the PM through forum thing is not very effective in getting people to participate fully, so, instead, everyone participating will need to get an AIM account and add me. I will host a chatroom for people to join in for their matches. If you don't have an AIM, you don't need to download, just use AIM express.
8.No Whining/Complaining/Flaming.
Matches:
Each "Team" will have each member fight a 1 v. 1 against another team. 2 wins will advance to the next round (1 victory per team member.) If two teams reach a draw (One teammate wins, the other loses), then the two victors will fight in a final match for advancement.
If teams do not fill up (I imagine this will happen with the lower tiers...) Then I will allow character usage from other sources (i.e. if the DK team is missing a slot, ANY character can fill it.)
