I think it should lose effect when the target switches out, too...
Depending on what Pokes can learn it (Beedrill, Ariados, Combee), can make it very useful, Ariados being the most likely candidate for it: Spider Web + Viral Sting + Baton Pass = lol
I'm thinking about bumping the original thread and pasting the useful moves devised here and having Chill or Umbreon close this one. It's getting out of hand, IMO...

Noble Sacrifice isn't possible in Pokemon physics. A Pokemon not in play cannot have their stats raised. Maybe it could function like Memento where your Pokemon switching in gets a stat buff instead of your foe.
Soul Breaker
Ghost

PP: 10
AC: 100%
BA: 100

A Water-type attack's damage is doubled (calculated before weaknesses and resistances). This effect is canceled when the user takes damage from an attack (not status/confusion). Spiral Jet
Flying; Physical
Power:90

Acc: 90
Description: The user releases its spirit and damages the opponent badly through interdimensional ripples which are randomly physical or special.
Effect:
If the effect kicks in(5%), the user now has invulnerability for 2 turns to all attacks. This effect amplifies onto the next pokemon if the pokemon is forcibly switched out by roar or something to that effect,, but is decreased fourfold if the pokemon is switched out by the trainer.
Due to the random physical/special, you may not get the desired outcome, and the move will stink. I think this balances the move out.
Rampage
Normal; Physical
Power:--
Acc:75
Description: The user closes its eyes and senses the vibrations in the ground, then rams forward with its eyes shut to conserve focus.
