Yes it's almost like the bottom half of the tier list vs. the top half. You randomly have a chance to get any character. So really it could be really good or really bad. I guess whatever character it picked would then be that tier character.... So no I don't think random could be on the tier list.

true but there are more characters that you have a chance of winning with than you do with characters you really have no chance with. Get it?

I think random should be on Ankoku's results list.

BTW, random is too good. I just freeze when I get IC's, cause I'm not good with timing the 0-death throw combo,s and try too hard.
