This is probably the best moveset I've seen for Magikarp.....it almost makes is seem like he'd be fun to play as.....I wouldn't mind him being in brawl if he had this moveset.

I think that he should just be on a Pokemon Gym Stage. The gym will have water and he will swim and attack whenever you are in it. Occasionally one will transform to a Gyrados

its only a matter of time really nintendo will put all of their series into smash type games with different attributes to each --pokebrawl: a team of six pokemon takes place in gyms outdoors or stadiums and possibly some rpg elements... in short pokemon gaiden or at least when 3d pokemon sorta shoulda been
