5 roles revealed on D1? Assuming the claims are all legit then we'll already have DH and Chibo as Doc-hogs. I don't wanna expose another future clear to the mafia to make Doc's work even harder. I'd rather have one clear for later than run the risk of losing everything now.

Keep in mind that each legitimate claim also narrows the pool of contenders for "certain other power roles", which makes mafia night kill coordination simpler than it should be. The fact that they already know about Doc, Watcher, a non-PR and now one half of a mason is already way beyond acceptance. Depending on their abilities other than the kill they can handle night phases as they please.

We have a claimed Doc. If Chibo is a mason and claims his mason, we don't lynch a townie and have someone else cleared. TA DA. The only other possibility is that chibo and his mason partner are scum, or he is in a neighborhood with someone of a different alignment (possible). Regardless, this helps town more than it helps scum.

Think about it this way:

Chibo claims mason

IF TRUE = kill target for scum if he feels a masonry is a bad thing

IF FALSE = he has to out a mafia or die immediately


If chibo claims mason, and its true...

KILLING CHIBO ENDS THE MASONRY.

His masonry partner saying "I'm a townie and chibo's mason" doesn't give scum an important kill target because while it puts a spotlight on both chibo and his masonry partner, simply killing chibo would end the masonry.

Then I post saying "hey Gheb, you're being an idiot!" and explain via basic logic that if Chibo is telling the truth and claims his masonry partner ASAP, his mason partner has to claim for it to be valid, and that it doesn't change their power because mafia could just kill chibo to turn the other into a VT.

You're moving two directions at once here.

You can't honestly be for Chibo's lynch and against Chibo claiming at the same time. They cannot logically coexist.

Chibo claiming shows his mason partner, giving us a clear and the mafia NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION other than "this player isn't another power role".

Deadline is in like 5 hours and 15 minutes

There's a good amount of info that can be worked off of Kuz for tomorrow. I already outlined ties with Zen (TUNNELING AAAAAAHHHHH NOOOOOOO *joking*), and there are more things such as the posting restriction nonsense. It would be very interesting to see how people have reacted to that, such as Overswarm.

While yea they don't have the power anymore to talk to someone outside of the game, they have a role that isn't a VT which is very useful for counterclaim. By knee-jerky I mean the all too obvious conclusion of buddying [not to be taken literally here] meaning they share alignment. Doesn't have to be the case and a smart mafioso doesn't hesitate to lead us on the wrong track with fake connections.

2nd paragraph I disagree with. Lynching a claimed Doc is easy to get away with, which is why I feel like kuzTown flip won't give us a lot to work with.
