Honestly, Forgers being used wouldn't be that broken because the possibility of them existing is known now. You know what wouod be broken though? The Hassans of my first Mafia WHY DID I LET THEM KILL EVERY NIGHT

If you ask me, a good idea would be to probably rebalance some of the roles if we plan on using everything.

For example, give the Hassan a Desperado condition so if they kill a townie at night, they die instead.

I'm doing it by alignment now, so I'm collecting all the mafia roles, then the 3Ps, then the town roles, and organizing them/changing spoiler names. I have from Capcom Mafia to FEH 2 done for the Mafia roles.

Whenever you feel like it. Just having it in a separate thread so we can better discuss bans and/or changes. It'll also serve as a reference list for when people want to choose their role.

And yet, me being busy led to me being shot during day on two separate occasions; Capcom Mafia and Fate/Mafia 2

Kon shot me in Bad Idea Mafia, yeah, but he was at least honorable enough to shoot me while I was there.

i mean this happened a lot to me. So many times i had many many votes on me because I wasn't there to say something about the night and this have either almost got killed or did get me killed, but i dont mind...its a game. I literally almost always sleep through the phase change since they happen at 1am or something.

there will always be people who are at an advantage or disadvanatge at the right moment due to timezones, a single post reply to something in the right moment can completely change the course of the day or night cos butterfly affect.

in the end its your choice tho.

hmm you could do in alphabetical order within the alignment, or in order of when the first appeared so the first roles will be from the first game or something.

by role type might only be possible for 3rd parties, such as the survivors together, fools together etc and any overlapping ones between the main groups, whereever relevant.

okay, it's actually A LOT of roles, so I'm just going to post the thread w/ Capcom/Villains/Fate 2/FEH 2 for the town and 3P, and PokeMafia/Capcom/Villains/Mario Mafia/Fate 2/FEH 2 for the mafia and edit in the rest of the roles/games later

Villains was really hard to format for some reason so that's why I'm going to take a break after I finish it, expect the thread in like a half hour maybe?

This thread is the queue for our Mafia games! Mafia is a game of critical thinking and using context clues to find the alignment of a player; whether they're town-sided (good guys!!) or mafia-sided (bad guys ).

I think there should be signups for a Mafia game here , if you'd like to join a mafia game. I'd recommend spectating at first though, it's what I did before I did my first game and it helped me understand the game A LOT !

This thread is just the queue, so it contains links to the finished games and lists future/upcoming games.

There's also signups for a game here, if GoT is your thing and not FE. Nothing's preventing you from joining both, either! I've been in every mafia games

Some of the roles were really good I think, I think some people would definitely go for Golem!

I know I would, he's one of the best town roles ever but I'll be hosting Ultimate (unless someone else really wants to) soooo LOL

There are two phases in Mafia; day phases, and night phases.

Day phases are where players post in the thread, and they all vote to lynch another player. The player with the highest amount of votes gets killed (so being lynched is just being killed).

Depending on the game though, night phases can be entirely different. Most games have all players have an exclusive ability, that can range from tracking another player to see who they targeted, checking the alignment of one player, or blocking the action of a player. Some games have players be vanilla, though, and this means that there are no night actions in the game, aside from the Mafia's nightkill (each Night phase, the Mafia can decide on a player to kill).

My first game with you guys was the horrifying mess called Animafia and I got host-killed while jailed because the host didn't keep track of anything.

And yet, I've been in more NZ games than most NZers.

I'd say he'll probably survive this game if it's his first, but I do agree it's not exactly the best starting point.
