I really understand the what's the purpose of doing this. What does this accomplish?

You guys know the character tournament placing thread located on another board right? Where exactly do they gather the information from? Because I see Luigi in dead last, but is this based on large scale tournaments or could I host a tournament full of scrubs and win it with Luigi, would that bump it up? If that’s the case, then I think that list is inaccurate. Large scale important tournaments should only be used to put a list together.

It give people idea of how luigi is doing, where he is doing well/not well, and who some of the leading Luigi's are. I'm not as inclined to try to find who placed well in a tournament with luigi sifting through the character rankings board when i can just look right here. (reading through this,it sounds a bit confusing, but i can't think of a better way to word it, so sorry....)

^ is right. I dont care about larger tourneys having more of an impact, because a 20 person tourney could have 15 proven brawlers.

I trust in whoever posts their placings add the right information for everyone to correctly judge that placing. I entered how many people there was and if needed the difficulty of the tourney.

Its for pride and to see how Luigi mains are doing.

I agree that these tournament result listings are probably going to be kinda skewed b/c of the number of entrants and difficulty etc for each (even if everyone tries to describe them).

The tournament placing thread that ankoku made doesn't really consider character placings outside of the top 8 or so spots for a ton of tournaments. It basically ignores placings beyond the very top so all the 9th and 13th placings etc don't make much impact on the list. IMO it doesn't help luigi too much but maybe it wouldn't change much at all.

then there would be no point in having a main......of u ***** about certain matchups.......my boy vist goes up against inferno omni's metaknight (one of the best on the eastcoast) and wins...

its not an impossiable matchup just no what your doing.......i mean it's your choice to switch not mine but like i said have fun and place high......and i actually tried m2k vs mario his metaknight i mean i got 1 stocked it wasnt bad at all...

FL is South to them which is pretty sad that your own coast doesn’t even recognize you as their region. Your records don’t mean **** to me man. Ka certainly didn’t give a **** about it, and he managed to figure out how to **** everyone in WA. So please, shut up.
