I just had an interesting notion... maybe the starters won't be the same across the two versions.

Every character that has appeared on the game cover has been a starter, so Marth almost certainly is a starter... for the 3DS. But maybe Lucina could be a starter on the Wii U.

Side note: it's my birthday today! Turning 20. Been playing smash since it came out on N64 when I was just 5 years old. Still love everything about the series and I'm glad I stumbled upon this community.

I also want to add that I would love that colour @ Phoenon posted.

Is there anybody in here that is good with that kind of editing? Please make something like a Mia, Micaiah or Cordelia colour skin, for me to see the potential in that would make me very happy.

Here is a more touched up Coredlia Lucina as well as one with red hair. I will work on a Lyn and Anna one. I think Tharja would be cool, too.

So they released a whole bunch of new screenshots today. Surprisingly, but not disappointingly, Robin actually took somewhat of a backseat in these; most of these screens were Captain Falcon and, of course, Lucina.

She looks freaking awesome, too.
