So what kind of palettes should Lucina have?

All Fire Emblem characters get at the bare minimum a red palette, which represents hostile units, and a green palette, which represents neutral units. Since she is blue already, the palette for friendly units is taken care of.

I'd say one of them should be a Risen Lucina palette. Glowing red eyes, skin seemingly toxic, hair blackened with corruption, outfit in copper shades of red and brown.

Another Fire Emblem <-> Smash Bros tradition is to give characters an outfit that represents a character from a previous game. For Lucina, I would love to see a Karla palette. Basically white outfit adorned with blue and black hair.

The only alternative is to have everybody run across the stage in one big team with Chrom called "the Awakening crew"!

Everybody will ride on dragon Tiki's back. Noire will be up in front with her bow. Anna will be right behind her with a Levin sword. Robin will be behind her, doing magic. Tharja will be behind him, smelling him. Lucina will be behind her, being all badass with a lance. And Chrom will be behind her, just sitting there with his sword. Kellam may or may not be hanging on to the other side of Tiki. Pegasus Knights fly around the dragon. And a few fight below them, including Lissa, Owain, Gaius, Cordelia, Henry, and Frederick.
This idea is too delicious for Sakurai to pass-up.

The enthusiasm of this thread and my love for this character is making Lucina battling hard for that coveted most wanted character spot.

I would honestly be content with one of her, Ghirahim or Ridley.

Risen Lucina? Why not just a full blown Grima possessed Lucina palette? Should be possible for Lucina to be possessed by Grima if Robin is her mother.

I would kind of handle her the same is Wario in brawl. 6 colours with the mask and 6 without it.

Lucina's Great Lord outfit definitely makes her look tougher and more intimidating. Plus, due to her shield, it would make her stand out even more from Marth and Ike. I would definitely love to see that design in Smash Bros. That being said, however, if she is in the game, I will not be surprised if they use her regular Lord outfit.

A lot of people saying Chrom or Lucina should be "between Marth and Ike", but I really think there is so much more to a character than flat speed classification. My Lucina moveset for example is in a way faster, stronger, and heavier than Marth, but operates so differently that it is incomparable.

I think Palutena will definitely be a heavyweight female (just dont tell her!)

Considering Roy was my main in Melee, I would welcome this very much.
