Data Lucario's Aura Damage Chart

Easy way to calculate Aura thanks to KuroGaneHammer.
But there's a way to find the multiplier at every percent by following this formula :

Lucario at 70% or under: 17/35(d)+66

Lucario higher than 70%: 7/12(d)+355/6

Just replace the d with the percent Lucario is on.

Possibly consider revamping your aura topic.

A few things to note:
I did not do get up attack (because against computers that's kinda hard) and the trip get up attack.

I also did not do the customs yet because of the fact that regular Force Palm has 4 different damage outputs and I wanted to get this out as soon as possible.

Remember, 9% is the magic number to outprioritize many moves in this game. So say you're trying to outprioritize Zero Suit Samus' fully charged Paralyzer which does 6%. You will need an Aura Sphere that does 15% to win the projectile war (44%, fresh Aura Sphere, fully charged). You don't have to memorize it, but knowing when and where to change your playstyle to outprioritize stuff can be very beneficial.

I did something kinda nifty but not too useful for Extremespeed recovering straight upwards. I used a couple of custom stages to determine the vertical height Lucario would travel with 1 grid unit platforms stacking 56 platforms high. Anyways, here's Extremespeed's Aura damages:

Preliminary testing indicates that the effect of aura has been increased overall. While the baseline appears to remain at 70%, there seems to be no lower limit, and not only has the upper limit been increased to at least 190%, but its power has been increased to about 1.7x (from 1.4x).

By your dropbox info of Sm4sh Lucario's Aura chart, his dash attack, throws, & edge attack are affected by Aura as well. The only moves I'm confused about scaling with Aura are his Floor Attacks. That includes the Front, Back, & Trip attacks.

Tripping confirmed for scaling. At 999% front attack Lucario did 8% to Diddy and at 0% he did 3% from a front attack.

Lucario's Aura variety has come a long way. Dash attack & even trip attack scales (don't remember if it did in Brawl or not)

As for the testing idea for the Floor Attacks, I'm throwing this out there because I'm not with my friend to test it myself, but how about this:
  1. set the computer being Lucario
  2. have the % damage set
  3. be very close to the idle Lucario, right in front or right behind him
  4. set the Lucario to attack / aggro
  5. connect the grab asap on Lucario with a character who's Uthrow or Dthrow cause tumbling & is relatively near you (Idk who)
  6. watch the Lucario's get-up attacks % damage
Worse-case scenario is the CPU will do superhuman consistent techs, then my idea just goes to the drain.:ohwell:

Yeah I was definitely aware Datt didn't scale with Aura. Tripping was the mystery card I would question myself in Brawl if it did scale or not, but that's in the past. Needless to say now, it seems that every single A & B move Lucario can use scales with Aura, which is fantastic.
:4lucario: is officially a full-fledge Aura Warrior. Everything scales! (Unless I'm forgetting something, something like, that DownB Custom Special of his. Stunning Double Team?)

Still does 29% in training mode. Tested everything at 190% and nothing on my chart got changed in 1.0.4 it seems.

Once the Wii U version is out, it would be more feasible to test in Vs mode.

Hmmm yeah, freshness bonus, didn't know about that. DSmash does 34% fully charged fresh at 300% lol.

What is the formula for freshness?

Just did some damage testing and I tested at no aura, ~70%, and max aura and lucario damage multiplier seems to be untouched. Also Aura+rage is still a thing. I always haven't noticed anything that feels different.

We can also still up-B out of aerials.

I noticed something odd while watching this video

At about 3:02 I noticed his Fair did 5% and in the 3DS version it does close to 4%

Edit: Lucario was at 0%
It might be late now, the damage in smash are shown as Integer (or non-decimal numbers), but the game tracks down the decimal damage (A good example would be :4lucario:'s pummel, which does 0.66% at 0%).

OK, now this is where hypothetical stuff comes in. near 3:02 of your video, :4charizard: has 145%, then :4lucario: (0%) FAirs deals 5% damage, and :4charizard: has 150% now. What happened?

Following my information introduced above, the system tracks down the decimals but doesn't really displays it, and :4charizard: MIGHT have 145.99%, then :4lucario:'s FAirs deals exactly 3.96% at 0%, which 145.99 + 3.96 = 149.95%... then what happened?

Look closer this time... :4jigglypuff:lands a hit of DAir, then it would be enough to rise it to 150%.
Then my point above was pointless? Not at all, now you know some precise numbers =P.

Extremespeed Attack by far scales the least in Aura in the vertical category, and you can't bend or curve the move with the joystick or even the c-stick. I planned to be thorough with the directions. . .but the diagonal directions on the joystick made me want to pull my hair out because pressing and holding towards a diagonal direction is doing fine, then I get different results by some percentage, so I'm just going to write down the minimum and maximum platform heights without adding Aura percentages for the diagonal directions.

So MTI, is there a way to find the exact damage values for Lucario's moves? Like let's say I wanna find out Down tilt's damages including decimals when Lucario's in between the 105 - 138% Aura, dealing ~6% until Lucario reaches 139% Aura dealing 7%.
