I don't know what it is exactly, but it can't be 100. 40 sounds fair, but some one should check it to be sure.

Actually to be more accurate, Kirby's aura sphere acts like Lucario's aura sphere when he is at 68% damage. Therefore, Kirby's fully charged aura sphere does 18% damage with some knockback. However, unlike Lucario, Kirby can't increase the damage output + knockback as he takes damage because Kirby lacks the aura trait which Lucario has.

Anything over 50% is absurb, Kirby is suppose to have weakened versions of attacks IIRC.

Not really. His moves act differently, but they aren't all worse. For example, he gets more lasers/jolts out then Falco and Pika, and his grenades/lasers are the same as Snake's/ROB's (Actually, the grenades might be weaker... I dunno...).

It's not stronger, but I know Kirby's Falcon/Warlock Punch is faster than Captain Falcon's/Ganondorf's. Still, don't use it
