How I play with Link:

I play the "Response Link" style VERY well and make use of all his high priority moves without taking much damage. I also spam my projectiles constantly in all directions. I love grab combos. I love shield grabbing. I dont like to take risks smashing people off the edge when they are trying to recover, i use B up as my spike.

Really, though, I am not that good because I cannot shorthop very well.

what you can also do that will help you out is the bomb dropings that stunns your opponent and after that quickly double swipe that will take at least 30% -40% damage quickly
