Hey guys, I'm a Link main in this new Smash game. Link has always been a character that I find fun to play with, but never truly mastered. I plan to get better with him for this game and hopefully be one of the best Link main in my hood. My mains have changed a lot game to game (as you can tell from the icons under my name, but if you can't see them I main DK in 64, Pika in Melee, Lucario in Brawl, didn't play Project M that much so no main for that, and now Link).

Also, I've kept up with you guys so will I need my fire tunic? It's gonna be fun being part of the Link boards.

Ganondorf needs no Tunic. He just takes the flames, and comes out stronger than before! Ganondorf then finds fire as a mere annoyance, like a tiny fly, and he trudges on.
Though, if I needed it, then I would go for the Fire Earrings.

They are hotter than Fyrus I can tell you that! With these, you won't even need to talk to girls to get them to fall in love with you!

I'm the manly type who likes to wander into the fire in my Zora tunic, because being bare chested just isn't badass enough.

I think the title is more misleading. Once you understand that he is talking about Hyruleans in general(and the Hylians themselves are included as well), the argument is more well done. I've seen all of his videos on his theories, I loved the one of the extermination, genocide, and exodus of the Sheikah caused by the Hylians and that is why the Shadow temple is so dark.

It's easier to pick out my least favorite boss. That would be Armogohma from Twilight Princess. Wait for the boss to climb the ceiling, shoot it in the eye, it falls EXACTLY where you need it to, then use the Dominion Rod. That wouldn't have been so bad, if they hadn't decided to tease you after you beat it's first phase. Second phase is a joke. Maybe they were going for that, but it just annoyed me the first time when I killed it in 2 swipes of my blade.
Besides that, it's hard to pick a favorite. I really liked Koloktos, because he's so unique. The temple he's in is probably my favorite temple out of all the Zelda games. I also really liked the TP and WW Ganondorf fights. The atmosphere in both those fights are really tense. I get pumped every time I do those fights. Hard to choose.

Hey guys, I have a new question for you. What is your favorite dungeon theme?
Mine would have to be, ALBW, all of the Dark World dungeons, as they all use the same theme. I love it so much, because some people don't even realize it as it's presented in so many interesting and unique ways. These songs stand alone as their own songs unlike some reused themes in games nowadays(*cough cough Smash Bros Brawl and 4*). They are so memorable as well while conveying perfectly the feeling of the dungeon, and the soundtrack in general is a huge breath of fresh air after SS(I liked it's soundtrack, and it had some of my favorite songs in the series, but so many of the songs in the soundtrack are so forgettable. Especially the dungeon themes). Anyway, Ryo Nagamatsu was such a genius with his approach to ALBW, especially with the dungeon themes. He captured Kondo's style so well in creating memorable melody's, but he also adds a ton of flavor of his own with his harmonies and rhythm. I hope he works on Zelda Wii U, since Kondo can't do it. I really want a memorable soundtrack this time around, like in ALBW.

For music, probably either the Earth Temple from Skyward Sword, Hyrule Castle from A Link to the Past, or the Windfish's Egg from Link's Awakening. They each just set an amazing mood and atmosphere.

Lorule Castle (aLBW), The Forest Temple (OoT), Dungeon (LoZ), Temple of Time (TP), The Face Shrine (LA), Ganon's Castle (OoT), Lanayru Mining Facility (SS), Water Temple (OoT), Spirit Temple (OoT), and Stone Tower Temple (MM).

@ Fox Is Openly Deceptive - Ahh that sucks m8, it truly was spectacular in 2013. Somehow, I even managed to appear with my bro n friend in the Zelda Universe coverage (admittedly I wasn't being interviewed).

About dungeon song, again, I can't remember all of them, but what I can evaluate now would be Hyrule Castle in TP la love how the songs just merged and transformed as you advance) and probably Ganondorf's tower in Oot. I live how the organ music increases as you go up the stairs, really mood setting. Oot in general had great dungeon songs though, but I wouldn't rank them as favorites.

I still can't get over the fact that they can make such an amazing soundtrack from playing the Hyrule castle theme backwards. And the way that it grows more intense as you progress through castle is fantastic.

I think the LoZ music, in general, always delivers.

The Hyrule field song from Twilight Princess blew my mind because when I first played the game I was expecting the same old Hyrule Field song.

I also like the Clock Tower song from Majora's Mask. It felt really deep to me.

Indeed you really should, in 2013, they had a huge cinema screen at the Royal Albert Hall where they showed gameplay and cinematics of the appropriate games. Only negative of last year was there was no SS music. However, next year the guy who organises the show said there "will be something special for Zelda fans"... Perhaps music from the Wii U Zelda (Dare I hope?)

My absolutely favorite is the Temple of Time from Twilight Princess.
For my second, I can't decide between the Water, Shadow, or Spirit Temple from Ocarina of Time.
I also really enjoyed the Skyview Temple theme from Skyward sword, the fact you can hear it twice is awesome.
Earth Temple from the Wind Waker is also kind of catchy.

How about some least favorites to make everyone angry?

I don't really care for the original OoT fire temple theme. It just didn't feel like it fit in the world of Zelda, let alone that temple.

Edit: I'm talking about the *original* music, mind you. Not the music that's in the temple today.

I agree, the NES Zelda is in fact one of my favorite Zelda games, for some reason it reminds me of Dark Souls and I would not be surprised if that game was heavily inspired by Zelda.

The NES dungeon theme and forest temple theme are two of my favourites, it's a testament to each of them that literal decades later I still go back and listen to them for extended periods, on purpose.

I will not stand for such heresy.
