That was something on the old Premium Membership, I believe. Those benefits are a little outdated, if I had to guess.

Woah, did the servers get updated? The formatting oon the posts has changed for me. My (and others) usernames used to appear on the side, and now they appear on the top.

It used to vary depending on what ISP you used, at least from what I've seen. I alwyas had side, but my friend always had top.
