If this magically became a two-day thing, how would it affect the attendance for those of you who preregistered already? It'd be something like teams + pools on Sat. and Bracket + crews/friendlies on Sun. Good idea? Bad idea?

It sounds like a bad idea. I definitely know that some people's availability for this tournament has us getting back some time Sunday/before Monday, and tournaments this large have been run in the span of one day before.
