l-canceling

l canceling is very good for falcons Dair and his Bair and Uair but the rest others arent really neccesary becuase they have very little lag, but if you want to have a quick falcon it is a must

If you don't L-cancel your Falcon VS Marth/Fox/Falco, you're dead.

The only move you can really afford to flub an LC with is Nair. Maybe. Anything else, you're going to straight to Hell.

that is so true, and if you dont know when to L-Cancel its exactly when your guy hits the floor not when you hit you opponent, i had to figure this out on my own :ohwell:

Yes.
A Falcons technical skill comes from how well than can SHUFFL.
Falcon has to be fast and be able to do everything perfectly
including L cancel

Basically if no one L-canceled, Shiek would reign supreme. So yes, L-canceling is definately required for a good Falcon player. If you don't, prepare to be shield-grabbed and then chain-grabbed to death.

Is L-canceling a Must to be a good falcon player?
It's a must for every character, especially for someone who needs to keep their constant speed going like C-Falcon. You don't want to be heading into a monster combo, and then all of a sudden get shield grabbed or nitched by a punch, you want to come out full force and keep them in the air for your Forward-Air, or even bring them in the Air with your Down-Air.
