If I include the "Legacy Supporters" I've found so far, Geno thread is at around 200 supporters.

I'm not even halfway through the Smash 4 thread though. And I'm dreading the 400 pages of the Brawl thread

I think a lot of threads on this list have that problem

Most threads have been keeping a constant supporter list throughout games and passing the list to the next

I know they've done that because of certain people they have on their list

I haven't done that, which is why I'm adding a seperate "legacy" section,

well i do recall saying that if anyone didnt want to be on a list they should say so when i reused a support list

Yeah, but it doesn't happen often.

The number of people who go off characters is so negligible and infrequent it's not really worth considering.

I feel like if people no longer wanted a certain character in Smash anymore, they'd just come in and ask to be taken off the list. Otherwise it may just be more of a "I don't mind"/"would still be neat" type of case.
