To give the abbreviated version of this story. Here is what happened yesterday + some backstory.
I noticed something was wrong with me because I was either getting little to no satisfaction by going #1 in the school's bathroom, so I go to the nurse, describe the symptoms, and we call my mother. I get picked up by dad and we go to the doctor (whom was also going to the doctor with muscle problems), and turns out I have a minor bladder infection. I get the meds and go home, eat lunch, go back to school and finish the day.
Fast forward to yesterday, everything is fine in the morning. I take my Vyvanse and the Cipro I was given for the bladder infection, and head off to school to start my day. Then during a test, I feel a pain in my left side and think I need to go to the bathroom, so I go.
Then the pain intensifies and I have to go to the nurse, I am in pain to the point of paleness, and sooner or later we call my mother, she comes, she takes me to the local medical center's emergency care wing. We suspect a kidney stone, so I am soon given morphine, an CAT Scan, and then soon give a urine sample.
Turns out by the time they took the CAT, the stone's journey to the bladder was almost done. I am given additional meds for pain and nausea and am soon discharged. Quite a harrowing day.
Good news is I was well enough to attend a Halloween party, and had a good time!
Still, I never want to experience that again.
