Yeah, he's a Smash God, but he's still a *****. Someone should advise him to win tournaments and never do interviews, as it decays his image.

nope, that not necesarily means he is the best in the world, that means he is the best tournament player in the world, but not the best. u know, there are A LOT of people like me, who has no access to big tournaments, so theres no real way to compete against the very best. i bet there is more than one person out there who is better than him

Nowadays bombsoldier is not up to par but before he was like the best falco. Just like Ken was the best Marth. But sadly they fell off and the new generation took over.

I just read the interview... did i read well?? he won $5000 in a tournament??? dear god!! why dont i live in USA??? do anyone know the date of the next big tournament mentioned in the interview?? also, what do i need to enter?? can i stay in any of u guys houses?? i would be pretty much out of money for the plane ticket, so i couldnt pay an hotel XD

Really Shade, you think that you're that good, that you would bury Ken 6ft under you with any char that he chooses. Well you say you live in VA, so why is it that I have never heard of this "Legendary" Shadenexus before, i mean i've seen you floating around the forums spewing garbage out of your mouth talking like you know every single detail and everything possible thing in the world.
If you really think that you are "that" good then why don't you travel to Super Champ Combo and really show Ken "what's good" cuz i really don't think that you can be "that" good and noone hearing about you.
Now unless you are someone that's really good and made another Screen Name to mess with people like G-Regulate for instance (idk if he has made another SN) but G-Reg is mad nice, so im using him as an example, why should i believe that you are so good that you would mop the floor with Ken.
I got an idea, give me a list of brackets from tournaments that you have attended with good players there, put the brackets up here so we can verify it and take a look at who you beat, where you placed at, and see how good you really are, because otherwise we have no reason to believe the massive amount of garbage that you are spewing at us.
Or travel to the biggest NYC tourney this fall, which is the Zenith where my Crew will be attending, i will gladly have them record it and maybe this will give me the incentive to come out of retirement and shut up a noob like you with footage on tape that will go on youtube within hours after the tourney ended and i get home... need details on where the tourney is located well click here and you got it my friend (and to the mods, im not advertising this, this is to shut up this stupid noob)

Yes. He actually posted in this thread once: post #72. But geez, pretty much everyone here that's bashing on "SephirothKen" probably have never meet him in real life. I've had a chance to talk to him at OC3 a couple of times (I was in his Round Robin Pool at OC3), and he's a really nice guy. He didn't sound cocky a bit. In the interview, he may have sounded cocky, but maybe it's just his sense of humor that makes him sound that way?

At least that interview told me that Ken is interested and optimisic about Brawl. Oh, and Shadenexus, it's that kind of attitude that causes a fall. This is why I want to beat you when Brawl goes online, and maybe the people on this thread want to make you eat your words when Brawl comes out. You're not thinking straight if you think you can beat Ken without even playing him first, Shadenexus.

To me it sounds like you were applying the whole "video games are for nerds with no life" stereotype without thinking. If there was actually some other reason as to why you beleive ken has no life, then feel free to elaborate and ease my confusion. If not, then i predict this will turn into an argument about how travelling around to play a video game means you're a lifeless nerd, which is something completely different that i don't even want to get into.
EDIT: I think this Shade guy is just a troll. That whole attitude is so overdone these days.

Ken made thousands of dollars playing Smash. Which is a ton. Maybe you say, since he spent so much time training, he put more time in than it was worth...but then you also have to realize that you're not talking about 'work' per se. All you ************s play a lot of smash too, you train, and you go to tournaments, and you probably end up with a negative amount. Ken ends up with thousands of dollars, and you can't say he didn't have fun making it.

Sorry bro, if I could record my tricks of the trade, I would man, I soooo would. I just don't have the equipment. I so don't want you to take my word for it that I would maul Ken, or any MLG player that dares to cross my path.
And Phoenix, you have some nice skills there, but they pale in comparison to mine. Still, they're great. Keep on practicing.
@The Bino, I would really really want to go to this "Smash Champ Combo" and show you all that Ken that he's not as unstoppable as everyone thinks; moreover, yup, I so would and eventually will check em into a Smash retirement home after I'm through with him And as far as tournaments go, none of them that I attend are sponsored by Smash World, so yeah I'm a dark horse in the tourneys I attend, a total unknown if you will.
Now if you dare to challenge me, Bino, I'll oblige you. You'll lose everytime you do though so yeah. Hmmmm.....the Zenith is in New York. If I have the funds to go this tournament, I will. Then you'll see with your own eyes that I'm not a noob, Don't worry, you and your whole entire crew of ***s will be ***** soon enough.

And yeah, if anyone dedicates a specific amount of time in Melee, then yes, by all means you can defeat Ken. And if you continue to be a quote unquote "fanboy" of Ken, and belittle anyone that says otherwise, then you FAIL! Epically!

You know you can't beat MLG experts like Ken, and if you can't do this task, you belittle those who think they can what you failed to do.
