What's this? I go offline for about a good 10 hours, and all of my arguements in this thread are thrown down the toilet? Nonsense!

I'm just saying that ^^quote unquote, those characters have a serious demenor about them. Just because they're from different worlds and different planets doesn't mean that they're not serious. Look at it from this point of view, characters like Ganon and Fox have background information and actually have a mission(good) or ambition(bad) to carry out in there series. Ganon's goal is to rule all of Hyrule while Fox's goal is to rid the universe of villains in the Lylat System like Andross.

Jigglypuff, on the other hand, is strictly comic relief in it's series having no real purpose. And just look at it, it's a joke! Plus it hasn't appeared in a pokemon episode in ages. Plus, on the actual gameo of pokemon, it only becomes a bit of a threat when it actually evolves.
