Also,the title gave me an idea: Everyone I beat someone with Jigglypuff I'm going to yell "I'M THE JIGGERNAUT,*****!"

I am not sure if it is safe to assume that the original 12 will be in. Sakurai was thinking of removing Ness from melee and replacing him with Lucas. But due to time restrictions did not. And Sakurai mentioned something about Luigi possibly returning.
Sure, maybe the first one was a rumor and the second was just a joke. But you never know.
I say Ness, Jiggs, and Luigi do not return as playable characters.
You say they all will.
We will see what happens.

For her Fs she should devolve and all her attacks should be weaker but cuter.

Why the hell would they remove Luigi? He's Mario's friekien brother.
Plus, if you didn't know nintendo confirmed that sombody from the second series would not return. So that means anybody from the first series will not be leaving.
I think Pichu, Y.Link, Doc, Roy, Marth, and Sheik have are more likely to leave than Ness, Jiggs, and Luigi.

thats true, but, (im still a Jiggly Supporter) think of this, this is there 3rd game, they can actually do what ever they want.I mean look at the diferences between the first and second one, it was a revolution! but taken into concideration, why would they?, again, that was off topic.

I'm curious to know why Jigglypuff is more important than Ness in this case. They were both in the first game. And between the two, Ness was the one to get a position in the starting roster in Melee (which, in my very humble opinion, almost solidifies him as more of a smasher).
I think they'll both be in, no doubt. But how is it "not smash without Jigg", but it could be smash without Ness?
And Bowserlick, I can't help but feel that you're still kidding. It would honestly baffle me if you not only doubted that Luigi would be in, but that you truly believe he's out. Despite having absolutely no mention of being in Brawl, his position is the most secure amongst the unconfirmed characters as far as I'm concerned.

i think jigglypuff will continue the tradition of being the easiest to unlock (beat a single player mode on any difficulty once), so she wont be revealed on smashbros until after the game is released. i know the puff is returning.
and yes, with this footstool meteoring...jigglypuff for god tier!!!!

Ok, I love Jigglypuff as much as the next pink-furball pokemon lover, but it is time for the puff to float away. New games, new pokemon. The big wheel keeps on turning.
Basically, the only reason I want Jiggly gone is because he has been done. Twice. Give other pokemon a chance to shine, bring uniqueness and originality in. The puffster's old news.

For all you people that would say "well you could use that argument for any character", I have evidence. Mario, DK, Link, etc. have new games in which they have starred, consistently. Pikachu is the face of pokemon, while Jiggly was practically picked at random, TV show aside. (And the TV show should have no bearing on Super Smash Bros., for crying out loud)
The point is, other pokemon deserve a chance to show what they've got. Jigglypuff has had the spotlight long enough and as a devotee of both the pokemon games and SSB I would like to see other pokemon move in.

Same with Yoshi. We should have some of the newer Mario characters replace him. He's too similar to Ness anyway.

Please read my post again carefully, as I have countered your argument already. Yoshi has starred in recent games and has leading roles in many others. He has been updated, replayed, and therefore is back. Jiggly is without such support. Besides, how is Yoshi anything like Ness?

If you think the new pokemon suck why do you want to add Lucario? Nonetheless, simply replacing Pichu with him I agree with totally. In the end, I don't care all that much what happens to Jiggly because I don't use him. I simply want newer pokemon because I want greater variety in Smash.

I said this in another thread, but I'll say it here. A set of 10 DVDs based on Pikachu was released last year, and in order to decide on who to base the next set, a poll was held, and who won? Jigglypuff. That was only last year, she is still VERY popular.
More likely than not she'll be returning. And skullkidd, Lucas is very different from Ness, kthnx. But that's for another topic.

Well since Deoxys has been pwned recently I don't know what other dumb pokemon would even replace Jigglypuff. If anything Pichu and Mewtwo would go b4 Puff. People may not like Jigglypuff here but Japan is the exact opposite. They like those types of characters. And just to let you know I hate pokemon, I just only like Jigglypuff..

I know, it's just what I want... the fact is he will probably still be in because of his Smash history. In the end, Jigglypuff is a great Smash fighter and I would be fine with it if he returned in all of his pink, furry, puffy glory. I would just prefer originality and variation over returning to the norm.

sorry haven't been on for a while but............I see everyone on the forums saying that the main thing they do with jiggly is do attacks until u can hit Rest............I can't seem to do that. I am an avid Jiggly player, hell she's(when I play jiggly, it's a she) my main character! but I try to pull off rest on people that can acctually play and they either 1. dodge/air dodge it or 2. counter it (Roy and Marth) so I changed my playing style to..............mach punch, mach punch, aireal attack, grab, repeat. of course depending on the character I do change up the sequence but thats the jist of it.......did find out recently that sing is and awesome way to get Samus if the person loves dropping bombs while i'm doing this combo
P.S. I'm not saying I don't use rest, I just don't depend on it. =)

I think you kinda went off topic there. This is about Jigglypuff for BRAWL. Not Melee. Plus you shouldn't be worrying about getting off a rest. What u should be doing is the WOP. The kind of rest you should be trying to do is the up throw rest of the space animals and Falcon.
