i think it works on most people as long as there damaged and u don't screw up jiggs with the cape. and can't be done on the edge because they wake up

I've seen an infinite where Jiggs was edge-canceling Sings on another Jiggs while a Fox fired lasers. Eventually the Fox ended it by KOing with a Foxfire.

that was awesome...too bad edge canceled sings+cape don't work due to aforementioned reason...
