Samus fires annihilator beam shots instead of charge shots. Screw attack instantly KOs. Samus falls as fast as Squirtle (Ridiculously fast zair spam ftw). Give nair it's massive priority and power, back.

Really that would not make Jigg broken. Her rest is not the only reason she sucks so that one change wouldnt do much.

Falcon gets lots of invincibility frames and the opponent gets stunned until the attack hits.

Captain Falcon: Give his nipples a constant hitbox. Preferably that's as strong as the knee.
Ness: Give him the yo-yo glitch except that it's not a glitch and is easy to do.
Link: Give him his hookshot from OOT. (that thing went like 50 feet)
Samus: Morph balls have the power they do in super metroid.
Ganondorf: Allow him to Dtaunt and run at the same time so that he can run fast.
Mario: Make FLUUD do damage.

Give all Ganondorf's moves a black magic aura (or lightning aura for the dair) that extends a distance out from the attack both vertically and horizontally. This is an additional hitbox, and yes, it is disjointed.

Imagine how insane his priority would be... and the hitboxes would be able to control so well. The dair is already evil, just imagine how much more powerful it would become. Lol, have him outprioritize Ike.
