O think I'm a bit late to the music party, but I do think Magma Rocks' music is underrated, sailing through the karagol sea and coloso theme are underrated as well. I don't think this theme is underrated, but I think it's the best theme in the series.
Yo I'd really like to be added to the supporter list please. Thanks!
Once (yes, once) Isaac makes it in he'll definitely be a secondary at least. If he's not very good I don't think I'll main him though sadly. As much as I love the character, I'm one of those people who would rather play a high mid-tier at least as a good representation of my actual skill in tourneys and such; thankfully MK got buffed so much that a character that I love is high tier now.

If they make Isaac right, I believe he can be a viable character to use in tournaments. Even if he ends up being low tier, I think I will main him as well (since Pikachu covers the top tier part, glad that one of my favorite Pokémons is top tier).
This is hard to choose, I totally forgot all the classes, but I'm just gonna choose my favorite. Bane, Geode, Mold, Meld, Forge, Fury, Char, Kite, Serac. Basically I really like the damage output of these, like the additional effects or like attacking twice or upping attack power. Also summons.
Since my favourite class is the Ninja Series, I will assume that I am an Earth adept. This class will not be really great for summoning purposes but I can summon a 4 djinn summon of the Fire or Wind element if I desire. Plus I can use 1 or 2 Djinn of 2 elements for attacking and defensive purposes without a huge penalty. If I have 9 Djinn, i.e. 4 Fire and 5 Wind, I can use upto 2 Wind Djinn (putting them on Standby) and 1 Fire Djinn without going into a useless class (this will drop me down to Ninja)
The Djinn I will select are:
Fire:
- Flash: For obvious defensive reasons
- Forge: I can raise my attack with this Djinn. Plus it has slightly better stats than Kindle.
- Tinder: Has a 100% revive rate for party member with 100% hp. Only Djinn to be able to do so I think (i.e. with 100% chance)
- Reflux: Counter attack Djinn OR Core: Increases attack by quite a lot and damage dealing Djinn
Wind:
- Kite: Double attack FTW
- Haze: Invisibility for avoiding damage for a turn
- Zephyr: Gotta love that agility boost! 100% boost would great way to become even faster xD
- Squall: Decent attack boosting Jupiter Djinn with an offensive power
- Wheeze: Can deal deadly poison!
Summoning Thor will put me in the lower tier of the Chaos Lord class series whereas trying to summon Meteor will put me in the Enchanter class which is not that bad (Astral Blast!)
Edit: Oh yea. This will make me a Master which has the highest attack and speed stat in the game.
Bearing in mind I've only played the GBA games. Alex is my favourite.
I admire intelligence in characters, and he outplays everyone so hard, except the Wise One of course (but who can outplay the Wise One?). He also has cool Psynergy which no one has seen before including Mia, which he must have developed himself.
On a tangent, I also like Isaac because he's intelligent as well. He realises that the Doom Dragon is in fact the people he's trying to save, before the fight even starts, and makes the hard decision very quickly to carry out the fight and not tell anyone that he had figured it out in order for his friends not to hesitate.
I'm probably the only person to never switch up djinn on characters unless I want some Ninja shenanigains, so I'll jist pick an element and stick with it. For now, I'm thinking water is a good idea.
I think its because other than the release of Golden Sun: The Lost Age in North America, we've had no news related to Isaac at all. Though controversial, at least the K. Rool Mii Fighter costume was SOMETHING to discuss, and people are still debating what it means now.

Like Inklings, it means they weren't pre-ballot choices but Nintendo's acknowledging that they have popularity in and of themselves before the ballot officially closing.
That's my stance.
Depends on the moveset, of course. (I actually may start semi-maining Ryu, because I'm pretty good at him, even though I had no interest in Street Fighter at the time)
How do you guys think Isaac should play? Personally, I think Isaac should be a solid character all-around, with good speed (probably the same as Roy) and excelling at power (high damage moves and some with high knockback). Also, most of his moveset shall be based of Psynergy, but like in his games, in Smash, Isaac takes little time to cast it.

What Burruni said basically. I'd like him to be emphasised more as a caster rather than a sword-wielder. Although it'd be REALLY sick if he had an axe.
Jab, tilts and probably aerials would be weapon strikes. Smashes and specials all have to be Psynergy/Djinn-based powers in my book.
* Actually tilts could be Psynergy too, for example Growth or Gaia as a strong Utilt.

@Jamurai
Can you please tell me where you got that Judgement picture from? I remember posting it in the thread a long time ago but I forgot to save it -_- I NEED it for my GS fanart collection!

Recently I finalized a pretty good idea of how I think Isaac's moves should work. I think most of his attacks should all be psynergy, and almost all psynergy attacks can get upgraded to more powerful attacks.
I think aerials can be psynergy for the most part, with Ragnarok specifically as Fair. Maybe throw in a smaller Titan Blade as Dair. Aerials could potentially include some plant-based attacks, not sure the best way to handle it. Maybe those could be his tilts instead.
Standard attack string is the animations of Odyssey. Use one of each of his Djinn specials (which also makes his Specials less powerful) and he'll instead use the full Odyssey, however it only works for one attack string. If you don't get off the full Odyssey you lose it.
Up Smash: Gaia (charges into more powerful versions of the attack). Charging it doesn't increase the range of the attack, and the range is limited, but the attack deals more damage. Knockback is pretty decent, but this is more for dealing damage than anything.
Down Smash: Quake (charges into more powerful versions of the attack). Charging it increases the range of the attack. The initial charge only affects right next to Isaac, but it can extend as far as two additional lengths of that. Doesn't deal as much damage as Quake, but deals much more knockback, especially the closer one is to Isaac.
Side Smash: Spire (charges into more powerful versions of the attack). This will be the most different from the original. Spire will launch a spike outwards to the side from Isaac. Charging it adds up to two more, which deals more damage and knockback. Doesn't have much range.
Specials are all Djinn-based. Side Special HAS to be Flint.
For others, they can very things a bit. I've heard suggestions that some Djinn can appear but work differently, such as Geode. He seems to throw something at the enemy. He could instead just throw Isaac and be Isaac's recovery.
I'm not sure on the other two right now. Maybe Vine can be Down.
In addition to having four Djinn for Specials, Isaac also has four standby djinn he can activate for his Final Smash: Judgment. This could work in one of two ways. Either he can summon Judgment directly, or they can trim it down and simply summon the arm cannon which appears over Isaac's own arm, and Isaac shoots the blast himself, in a more limited scale than in the original. Regardless of which option is chosen, it should blast from the sky as normal, but perhaps Isaac can send the djinn off to attack someone, and whoever is caught in the attack get thrown into Judgment's blast range.
Isaac's Grab should be Catch (which can also act as a tether), with Move as Side throw, Lift up Throw, and Crush is Down throw.
I'm not sure what Isaac's Dash could be other than Sand. Which is primarily a Felix thing. I'm not sure about the dash attack, but I think it should also be psynergy.
For projectiles, I can't see Isaac really having many, since most of his psynergy would probably be close range. The only projectile attack I see happening (other than my thoughts on possibly having his standard string upgrade into Odyssey) is Ragnarok.

I said for Isaac's speed to be similar as Roy's (slightly slower) not his overall moveset. Also, on my past movesets, I've always had Isaac have a ratio of 70/80% Psynergy and only 20/30% sword moves. (I think only his jab and one or another move was sword based, the rest was Psynergy based).

Isaac could... actually do the janky run that you have in his games? That seems like a really obvious choice.
And Spire could really work as a psynergy "trap" or projectile.
But yeah, Isaac being a "magically imbued swordfighter" more than a 'Magiknight"

Well technically speaking, if Hama can teach Ivan reveal by just transferring the power I don't see how Sand can't be the same. And even if Felix has no reason to teach Isaac, Sand, that is no reason for Isaac in Smash to NOT have the move. I mean we have had other characters being represented through another character's moveset when both couldn't be in Smash.
But I saw Sand working as the dodge thing, that Isaac turns into sand and dodges.
We also have to see whether any Dark Dawn moves can be incorporated into his moveset. I can see Grip also working as a Grab.

Other characters in Smash have used moves they never used ingame but were done by someone else, such as Bowser Jr and the Mechakoopas. Probably some of Ness/Lucas' moveset were taken from other EB/Mother characters.
