I'm pretty much just replying to those posts, too lazy to go back a page and quote so I just reposted the link.
I guess. People sometimes mix up Isaac with Binding of Isaac and Isaac Clarke from Dead Space.
If Isaac Clarke could use Psynergy and Djinn, I'd have played Dead Space for more than fifteen minutes.
Wasn't Dead Space just another attempt to revive the single player First Person Shooter in the gaping chasm left by Duke Nukem and Doom? Although I think Dead Space did see a bit of success, it never came to the Nintendo systems.
Dead Space was a Survival Horror Title until the third main entry made it a generic micro-transaction riddled third person shooter.

In the bottom left panel, Isaac's being carried out on a stretcher. Don't know what's so confusing about it.
Im not sure what's happening on the bottom left pannel......
Whoops i meant bottom RIGHT pannel. My bad.
The monsters are trying to fool Isaac into thinking that they are Water Djinn so he wants to set them.
