I saw a "trailer" for it on Youtube, and it seems that they used another game to make it seem as if it were Star Fox. Then, I was reading an article on Wikipedia that claimed that:
A. SOL was a Non-Nintendo development, apparently made by some indy company
B. SOL is for the PC

Also, the names of the individual production members are screen names, which further proves my point that the studio is independent.

Well since they're using the same name as a Nintendo game, they probably won't let it be released.

No Nintendo wouldn't sell Star Fox to some Indy company. As Miyamoto stated he's thinking about a Star Fox wii game and i wouldn't be surprised if its shown at E3

Did ANYONE play Command? Because when I played it, it was pretty clear that Nintendo had delivered a fatal blow to a once great series. It isn't as if I wouldn't be happy if Nintendo did sell it, because under Nintendo's guidance, Star Fox was failing.

Why in God's name would Nintendo sell Star Fox to someone else? That's one of their major series.

Star Fox for Wii will be an on-rail shooter like SF64 hopefully. Nintendo will realize. Also, provide the link you saw to this supposed "trailer."
