Right here, not quite now
Last weekend, I bought Metroid Prime 3, and I have made it to Bryyo.

So far, I don't think it is as great as everybody says. Will it get better later on?

Dude the game is awesome just wait, and get used to the controls, and how to use hypermode. It took me awhile to get comfortable using everything effectively as I'm one of those people who likes to be at full everything all the time. It could just be you like different styles of games though some people don't enjoy silent exploration.

Nah, it doesn't really get any better. Honestly, I think it's fun enough to play through the whole game once, but the first MP was definetly the best. Than probably this, then echos.

I liked this a lot when I played it 8 months ago or whatever, but after getting a 360 and playing COD4, GeOW, and Half Life 2+ episodes, this really just drowns in comparison.

I still think it's worth one playthrough though, especially if you don't have a 'box.

MP3 is a badass game. I still haven't finished it though. But I agree, MP1 was the best of the series. One of the best games ever.

I think MP3>MP. MP was all big and all with the 3d transition, but MP3 is just a better game

And yes, MP3 does get better. Brryyo is kinda boring, the next planet is REALLY boring, but then it just owns after that(IMO) is the best game on the Wii

And MP3s controls>other FPS'

I honestly didn;t think it was all that great. After I got used to the controls I hardly died on my first playthrough whicch was on veteran and then when I played it again on Hypermode I got bored really fast after I beat Bryyo. In my opinion the first one was better.

While I agree that the planet after is awesome, having 2 of the worlds be 'meh' doesn't quite make up for it, especially the rather dull boss fights. It's worth a play, definetly, and the control scheme is brilliant, but I'd hang onto that receipt.

Well, it kept me up until 3 AM before I noticed what time it was, so I really enjoyed it. I guess it's different for everyone, though.

It is! I regret trading it in... I plan on buying it again later though. Get it. Very innovative FPS.

Not a perfect game, but a wonderful model for first-person shooters that the Wii can accommodate. I can hardly stand to play any others now that I've been exposed to this excellence. I think the pace was slower than Metroid Prime games had been up to that point, but the only thing I'm truly disappointed at was how split-up it got. I've heard it compared to taking a nice, juicy steak and chopping it up into processed pieces for smaller burgers. They taste great, but I want my meal all together.

Nah you might miss a few plot points but I believe all 3 can basically be their own standalone game.
I agree. I havn't played MP1 or 2 and the only thing that confused me was that one feddie saying i wiped out a whole planet of Space Pirates. I was like

"which one" lol
