Little Mac got some buffs from Version 3.1 and his professional says that he's much better and possible better than his smash 4. What do you guys think? Do you think he's right?

I'd ask why Little Mac's ground game needs toning down, but Jigglypuff is his direct antithesis and she wasn't designed to be indisputably OP in the air (she actually has direct competitors, such as Meta Knight and Bayonetta...)Better than before, but not viable. If his ground move set was toned down and he had better aerials, he could be even better.
I think Little Mac's ground game is pretty strong because he's a boxer, and I don't know of any boxing moves where one is in the air. Aerials seem to be better moves than grounded moves for characters in general. When I say Little Mac's grounded moves need to be toned down a bit, it's for balancing reasons. I'm not saying his ground options should be bad or so-so, but his aerials could be given some buffs or even changed for the better. Jigglypuff players who spend a lot of time in the air must rely on good spacing, or they'll find themselves vulnerable to long-ranged attacks.I'd ask why Little Mac's ground game needs toning down, but Jigglypuff is his direct antithesis and she wasn't designed to be indisputably OP in the air (she actually has direct competitors, such as Meta Knight and Bayonetta...)
