Is it possible a PAL brawl+ can play with a NTSC brawl+?

I have no idea what you're saying.

If you have a region of Brawl different to the region of your Wii, you can play Brawl+ without any problems. Use the codeset appropriate to your region of game. GeckoOS includes a region-free feature.

Yes, I'm sorry, I am talking about online and I'm just asking if there's a way a PAL brawl+ can play a NTSC Brawl+ without desyncing.

yes it is possible, but you need to compile 2 sets that are indentical

basically the NTSC side needs to remove the codes that aren't in the PAL codeset.

How do I check what codes I have? I'm sorry for all this questions, but I wanna enjoy brawl+ with some of my american friends. :/

Remove the following codes in the NTSC codeset:
death boundaries
ledge invincibility duration
buffer related codes

Put this code into the NTSC codeset:
pokemon no swap on death

It should work then
BTW use MK's nado on the ground and desync
