Pikaville
Pikaville returns 10 years later.
Even since Guitar Hero 3 I feel they are making the game easier and easier.
Tracks in general seem a lot easier and some of the techniques they added have made solos FAAAAAAR easier.(For example those semi transparent notes that work like hammer-on's, except if you miss it doesn't matter)
Compare Through the Fire and Flames in GH3 to the one in Greatest Hits, it was nerfed hard.
To add weight to my belief, the other day my friend called me up because he was stuck on the final 3 songs in Guitar Hero 6(Megadeth ones)
He was like "Dude even you will probably have a hard time with these"
I proceed to breeze by them getting 3 4 star performances.
I just find it annoying that they are taking that challenge that made finishing a really tough song so satisfying to beat, out of the game.
Anyone else find this to be the case?
All that being said maybe I have just gotten a lot better *shrugs*
