I don't see those being featured events on the event page and they weren't at the last two stp events so I'd say they're not going to be at this one.

Probably due to time constraints.

Personally I'd love smash4 doubles but can't have everything

The Road to Celtic Throwdown is here. There are more events this year with some having the traditional all games and others being hosted in conjunction with the up and coming TO's in Ireland for Smash & Melee. We are working on more dates to be added but the following are confirmed. Links to event pages to follow:

May 7th AsOne Summer Series 1 (Smash, Melee, SFV, MKX)

Each event will have the seed points available for top 8 finishers. This league will work in a similar capacity to last year and will provide seed placements at Celtic Throwdown for Smash, Melee & MKX.

For SFV, Only the top 8 placed players will get placement as we will also be seeding it per CPT points as well. So this is is your opportunity to be seeded with the best international players at CelticThrowdown so take advantage if you can. There are more events this year so there will be more chance to gather them. As already mentioned, we are hoping to add more SFV events to this list over the coming weeks.

Valuable seed points on the line for the main event in September.

Entry fee €5 for event

yea, and p much every tournament in ireland honestly. it doesnt really matter. the only event is maybe celtic throwdown but even then you can still sign up on the day. it will be said when you can sign up online. if it doesnt mention it, you can just turn up on the day.

Don't have melee bracket but it was free for Leck lol

Dan and Zone were a really refreshing part of the tournament tbh, Dan came in with 3 upsets in a row against Oish, Colly/Girl, and myself, and came in on 3rd after losing to Sp00n and me in the runback. Zone also did pretty good overall.

also good character variety there, which is something ireland's always had tbh. top 2 are sheiks sure but i used diddy probably more than i used sheik lol

really interesting/fun tournament for sure!

You can just show up on the day and enter no bother, but you can sign-up before hand if you want. It helps the TOs.

Just wondering man, what part of Ireland are you from? There's 1 or 2 weekly meet-ups that you may be able to attend depending on where you live.
