Which Ocarina songs would you use? Assuming they would hold true to their purpose in the game(minus warp songs)
I'd pick the Song of time, go 3 days into the past, 12 hours into the future or slow the flow of time? Or maybe literally rain on someone's parade.

Alternatively what non-transformation masks would you want? I'd be bunny hopping around all day that's for sure.

I thought it just changes night to day. Meaning, the earth moves but everyone else feels no time difference.

Damn, I was going to say Zora mask so that I could swim all day long and play guitar, but it can't be a transformation mask. But I would agree that the Bunny Hood would be freaking awesome to go running around with.

Anyways, Song of Storms, just because I love the song so much. Who cares if it rains every day? =D
For a more practical use, halve the flow of time to give me more time to study and do other things.

Song of Storms is a necessity. Why? Not only would it be great to control the weather, but it's one of the best songs (IMO) in the game.

Oh, and Epona's song, so I could have a horse at my command whenever I needed/wanted one. Which is often.
