I am in my early 20's so I should have 60% stock, 30% bonds and fixed income, and 10% in savings accounts.

So that means 300,000 in bonds. If I get a semi annual coupon of at least 3%, then I will have $4500 dollars every six months.

I will probably keep working for a while until I can live off the coupon payments and dividends.
