When I first saw that Pikachu stole Pichu's goggles, I was sure that was going to be my new favorite costume for him.

However, I cannot deny the ferocity of the green headband, so that gets my vote. For having so few costumes, I still feel like Pikachu got dealt a good hand with alts this time around.
