Because Crazy Hand sued the developers for more game time, and although he won, they forgot to change the part that said you could only fight Crazy Hand once.

Why did Rock Man X and Mega Inkydog each answer a question seriously?

^Try's to be original and obviously likes Kirby because of his username and avatar.Capkirb probaply has something to do with Kirby's Yo-Yo attack seen in Kirby Superstar, since when Kirby has that ability he has a baseball cap.Lame stuff i know :D
