Actually, it was Captain Falcon.

1) He actually calls out the name of his move before he does it.

2) He has various strange costumes. White/pink, green/silver, two different blues... etc.

3) Compared to most heavy hitters, i.e. DK, Ganon, etc. he is quite small and packs a hard punch.

I did not make any mistake. The clues were made to be tricky, so don't be too upset.

Relatively speaking, Captain Falcon is not small or weak in any way. It's like putting Ness in a room with the Pokés sans Mewtwo and claiming Ness is big and really really really strong.
