If they delayed Brawl another 3-6 months, what would you do

If they delayed Brawl another few months and then have gamespot.com give it a 10, would you be happy or do you think when it comes out Feb 10, it will be good enough as it is.

Me personally is quite for delaying it more if it made the game truly epic.

Well, at this point, I don't see how they could warrant adding another 6 months without, like Tobi said, giving us a valid reason and adding something major.

The fact that they were going to originally release it on Dec. 3 and moved it 2 months means that it was something minor, like last minute bugs, or a character or two. Or, as everyone here seems to think, so that it wouldn't compete with Galaxy. If that's the case, they CERTAINLY won't delay it anymore.

Plus, my birthday happens to be Feb. 10, so getting promised the best game ever on my birthday and having it taken away would make me cry, and possibly scar me for life.

If you watch the E4All Videos, there definetly WAS a valid reason to delay Brawl. The bugs are horrendous.

From huge load times, to freezing, to random 999% Damage, to Pikachu's Electricity moving through the Lylat Cruise Ship, to I don't even want to know what else. I'm glad, because December 3rd is right around the corner, and I don't feel like they could've done much to increase the game's prowess

I didn't see any loading times, there were no 999%s randomly, and Pikachus thunder is supposed to move. And loading time isn't a bug.

Which is why they took the 2 extra months. Now, I'm no programmer, but 2 months solely for debugging purposes should be ample time, as from what I understand most games aren't even in development for an entire year, and Brawl has had close to two.

I meant if after February they had to delay it AGAIN, they'd better be adding 10 new characters, making a fully fleshed out online mode, and extending SSE by a few hours in my book.

If the game were to be delayed another 3-6 months, I would assume that somebody had died over there at the place that makes the game. Either that or they are adding 15 more characters and doubling the length of the Subspace Emissary. I think the former would make more sense.

again, i think the "Downloadable Content" option should be put in. that way they can release it, and they can make new characters and whatnot for download for it.
