He can't edgeguard. Dtilt, and Fsmash can't destroy anyone on the ledge.
Also, everyone else is just better than him in Brawl. Or... at least the people above him.

At any rate, Marth and Fox were the absolute best in Brawl. The Sheik and Falco.

And Captain Falcon was amazing in Melee.
